Only vowels on the beginning that has ئـ or that does not have ئـ. For example/instance: ئا or آ (optional) The letter ـہـ /ɪ~ɨ/ and ە and ىٰ /ɨ~ɪ/ and ې /æ/ are vowels. The letter ھ represents the letter ҩ in Akirilliça aƥsua script and make the /ɥ/ sound. غ makes the /ʁ/ sound. ݝ makes the /ɣ/ sound.
