How does this work?
Most apps do not have a strikethrough button. This tool gets around that by appending a combining-stroke Unicode character after every letter. The character draws a horizontal line through the previous glyph, so the visual effect is the same — but it is real text rather than formatting, which means it survives copy and paste into Instagram bios, Discord messages, Twitter posts, game tags, and anywhere else Unicode is accepted.
Two intensities
Strikethrough uses the long stroke overlay (U+0336) for a thick, obviously-crossed-out look. Light strikethrough uses the shorter stroke (U+0335) for a more subtle effect — better when you want a quiet edit rather than a dramatic redaction.
